Augustin Mabushi holds a Bachelor in law from the University of Burundi (1992). He then attended Paris School for Lawyers in 1998 and gained substantial professional training in Paris and Brussels. He holds a certificate in international arbitration from the ILI - Washington DC. Founder and managing partner, he has an extensive knowledge of local laws and regulations in the business area and a perfect understanding of the legal challenges that investors are facing when entering Burundi. Augustin Mabushi is a member of Burundi Arbitration and Conciliation Center (CEBAC) and has a long standing experience in commercial arbitration.
